I'm so excited my hometown paper did a story on me! Years ago I wrote for them until 2010. One of the greatest jobs I ever had the fortune to have was as a journalist. It brought back some nice memories today of working with editors, doing interviews, and the time I got a call back right after my wedding and I took it even though I was still holding my bouquet LOL. I also once got a call back while out shopping and so I went into the breeze way of the Neiman Marcus outlet and squatted on  the floor holding my phone in one hand, my tape recorder in the other, with my notepad of questions on my knee. And then I conducted my interview! Those were the days of deadlines and craziness. :) Here's the link if you want to read the article:
